Rising confidently amid one of the highest concentration of high rise residences in Mexico, Palmas Tower’s 32 stories offer residents the luxury of ample living space and outstanding views of celebrated nearby volcanos. The project’s singular approach to landscaping treats the building as a sort of mountain, with native vegetation changing as the tower spirals skyward. From the ground level stores and amenities to the two-story, 400m2 penthouse, the structure’s intelligent volumetric staggering lends unique character to the skyline, while allowing each of the 120 apartments to enjoy an open air terrace.
