Standing in the middle of the block, acting as a nerve center for the surrounding urban environs, Town is a mixed-use complex in the San Pedro Garza García neighborhood of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, an urban scenario of intense development of high-rise residences. The architectural enterprise of overlapping triangular planes synthesizes Cerro de la Silla (Saddleback Mountain), a topographic feature historically associated the city. Volumes of the several buildings are staggered at different angles in order to exploit the land area more fully and enhance views from generous picture windows
